Today I have a card for someone who moved house, with some "eggs" and a title to go with it:-)

I cut 2 "eggs" with Spirella Ovals die-set with double sided sticky film

I applied flock powder with a brush on the eggs

For extra decoration I cut paper strips and embossed vellum with a 

border embossing folder

As base I have a double card and I cut a piece of FabScraps paper and cut out the inside 

Along the inside I taped cardstock strips, distressed and torn the edges, behind the torn parts I tape the vellum

I taped the paper strip to the egg and added some burlap rope for a cool touch 

I cut Creative Expressions and Spirella die flowers, shaped and assembled them

For the big flowers I used seed beads for the heart for the small flowers some pearls with the Perlen pen

Later this week I have a full video for you on how I made this card

Wishing you the best in your new nest kaart

Vandaag heb ik een verhuiskaart voor jullie en om bij het thema "mei-maand ei-maand" te blijven heb ik eieren en een titel die erbij past:-)

Ik heb 2 "eieren"gestanst uit de Spirella Ovals stans-set met dubbelzijdig klevend folie

Ik heb flock poeder aangebracht met een penseeltje op de eieren

Als extra decoratie heb ik reepjes papier geknipt en vellum          ge-embost met een border embossingfolder

Als basis heb ik een dubbele kaart en iets kleiner een stuk FabScraps papier met het midden eruit gesneden

Langs de binnenrand heb ik reepjes cardstock geplakt, buitenkant opgeruwd en gescheurd, achter de gescheurde delen komt het vellum

Het reepje papier heb ik op de eieren geplakt, nog een beetje jute touw erom voor een stoere touch

Ik heb Creative Expressions en Spirella bloemen gestanst, gevormd en in elkaar geplakt

In de grote bloemen heb ik als hart kraaltjes voor de kleine bloemen heb ik de perlen pen gebruikt

Er komt deze week nog een volledige video van deze kaart

Winter wishes

With the Perlen Pen in 4 colors it has become a real eyecatcher.

On the snowflake is Flock powder as a soft velvet opposite of all that bling:-)

Met de Perlen Pen in 4 kleuren is het een echte eyecatcher.

Op de sneeuwvlok zit Flock powder als een zachte fluwelen tegenhanger van alle bling:-)

Baby mini album

For the cover I used card board and white kraft paper for the pages.

The mini album can be made in various sizes, for which the size of the pages and cover can be customized.
Cut the pages customized to your liking and score at 1.5 cm fromthe edge. Fold the edge.

Stick double-sided tape on the side of the folded-over edge.

Stick the pages together.

You get a stack, which can stretch slightly so that there is space for some "filling", such as paper, photos and embellishments.

On the ribbon I stamped with Versamagic, I used it as the binding for the back.

The front and back I covered with patterned paper.

So far the base ready.

I painted corrugated paper with Inka Gold mixed with water.

The pins I made into charms by glueing them three on top of each other and an extra colored piece on the top of the pin.

I have also applied flock powder to the safety pins for inside the album as embellishment, very soft and cuddly.

The album is filled with all kinds of pockets and labels to use for photos and journaling.

I also used Craft foam and sequins for more volume and shine

On the front I used the shadowbox die, I have cut them out 3 times and glued them together for extra depth. Along the edge of the cover, I made holes to pull the ribbon through as nice finish.
