Distress Oxide Inks & Spray Techniques Easy Art Journal Page

Hi lovely crafty friends, today I have another art journal page to share, with distress Oxide inks, sprays and ink pads and some fun layers. It's a new month and that means a new Rubber Dance Colour challenge and this is my take on this month's colour scheme.
(All supplies are linked to different stores at the end of this post in the thumbnails. The different stores are also linked behind the product name. Affiliate links may be used at no cost to you.)

In this video I am going to show you how I make this easy art journal page with layers of Distress Oxide Spray combined with stamping with Distress Oxide Inks, so be sure to watch the video to see how this is done.

This is the colour scheme for this months challenge, you can join the challenge in the Rubber Dance Stamping Lounge and have a chance on winning a great prize.

I used Distress Oxides Spray - Iced Spruce ( SBC | CRF | CST ) to colour the background.

I stamped using the Tim Holtz - Stamp Platform ( SBC | CST | TNCUK ) and Distress Oxides Ink Pads - Fossilized Amber ( SBC | CRF | CST ) and Aged Mahogany ( SBC | CRF | CST )
and heat embossed with Nuvo - Embossing Powder - Crystal Clear ( SBC | CRF | CST | TNCUK | TNC ) to seal the ink

I coloured the circles with the same ink I used to stamp and a Nuvo - Aqua Flow - Water Brush ( SBC | TNCUK | TNC ). I doodled along the edges with a Sakura Micron Pen ( SBC | CST ) and I finished with a printed sentiment.

I hope you are inspired to get creative yourself. Thanks for stopping by and make sure to keep on crafting!
