Hallo lieve knutsel vrienden, vandaag heb ik een heleboel voorbeelden om te laten zien van een nieuw samenwerkingsproject, met Justine Hovey deze keer. Ze doet een hele maand van samenwerkingen met verschillende thema's en ons thema was:

Hi lovely crafty friends, today I have lots of examples to show you from new collaboration project, with Justine Hovey this time. She's doing a whole month of collaborations with different themes and our theme was: When I Learned These Cardmaking Tips, My Mind Was Blown

Ik heb 5 technieken gekozen die ik super leuk vind en dat was best moeilijk omdat er zoveel geweldige technieken zijn, laten we maar gewoon starten met een hele leuke en eenvoudige, de Gesso Resist Techniek.

I picked 5 techniques that I really love and that was quite hard as there are so many fabulous techniques so let's just start with an amazing and really simple one, the Gesso Resist Technique.

Ik heb het TWC stencil Mini Specimens en gesso gebruikt met Distress Oxide ink cracked pistachio,

I used the TWC stencil Mini Specimens and gesso for the resist and Distress Oxide ink cracked pistachio, Tumbled glass & Broken China

Ik heb het TWC stencil mini harlequin gebruikt met gesso en Dew Drop Brilliance Inkt - Jewel Colors Set voor de kleur.

I used the TWC stencil mini harlequin with gesso and Dew Drop Brilliance Ink - Jewel Colors Set to colour.

De tweede tip is kleuren met inkt, dit kan met verschillende soorten inkt die schoongemaakt kunnen worden met water, ook de dye inkt soorten. Ik heb de Rubber Dance textured flowers op deze kaart gebruikt.

The second tip is colouring with ink, this works great with different kinds of ink that can be cleaned with water also with dye inks. I used the Rubber Dance textured flowers on this card.

Ik heb de Distress Oxide inkt gebruikt in de kleuren old paper, spun sugar, seedless preserves, picked raspberry & shaded lilac. Deze zijn perfect om te kleuren omdat ze in zoveel kleuren verkrijgbaar zijn.

I used the distress Oxide inks in the colours old paper, spun sugar, seedless preserves, picked raspberry & shaded lilac. These are great for colouring as they come in so many colours.

Tip nummer 3, embossing patronen meer laten opvallen met Embellishment mousse.

Tip number 3, make embossing pattern stand out more with Embellishment mousse.

Het is super eenvoudig en on de video laat ik 2 manieren zien om de mousse aan te brengen. Hier heb ik de Sizzix 3D Woven embossingfolder gebruikt met Nuvo Pacific teal mousse met Nuvo Mica mist voor de achtergrond.

It's super simple and in the video I show you 2 ways to apply the mousse. here I used the Sizzix 3D Woven embossing folder with Nuvo Pacific teal mousse with Nuvo Mica mist for the background.

Op deze kaart heb ik de Tim Holtz rosettes embossing folder gebruikt met de Nuvo English heather mousse met de Spring Meadow Aqua flow pens voor de achtergrond.

On this card I used the Tim Holtz rosettes embossing folder with the Nuvo English heather mousse with the Spring Meadow Aqua flow pens for the background.

Dit is een van mijn favoriete technieken, Embossingpoeder blending. Omdat het zo'n mooi resultaat geeft en het is helemaal niet moeilijk natuurlijk:-)

This is one of my favorite techniques, embossing powder blending. Because it gives such a beautiful result and it's not hard at all of course:-)

On this card I used the Nuvo Embossing powders, gold enchantment, clear, glacier white & cool jade

En op deze kaart heb ik Ranger embossingpoeder op de bloemen gebruikt red tinsel, green tinsel & blush pearl. Met het rood en groen de echte standaard Kerstkleuren maar in deze combinatie prima kleuren voor lente bloemen zijn.

And on this card I used Ranger embossing powders on the flowers red tinsel, green tinsel & blush pearl. With the green and red being real Christmas colours and in this combination they make pretty spring florals.

En de laatste tip, grof zout, dit geeft zo'n prachtig effect dat moet je een keer proberen!

And the last tip, coarse salt, this gives such a gorgeous effect you have to try it.

Ik heb de Tim Holtz detailed butterflies gebruikt met Distress Oxide inkt salty ocean, twisted citron & squeezed lemonade.

I used the Tim Holtz detailed butterflies with Distress Oxide inks salty ocean, twisted citron & squeezed lemonade.

Het zout werkt ook perfect met inkt sprays, op deze label heb ik Nuvo Mica Mist Wild Olive met de Tim Holtz Funky Floral 3 stansen gebruikt

And the salt works great with ink sprays too, on this tag I used the Nuvo Mica Mist Wild Olive with the Tim Holtz Funky Floral 3 dies
